It appears that the assembly has been visibly shaken at the military buildup by Spain and agreed to the development of better weapons and training for the army. They did however agree to the construction of a continental railway system draining the stockyards of 2500 tons of raw materials and costing the lives of 1500 workers. Wish we had the raw materials back.
